About Tyrepac
How long have you been in business?
Tyrepac was formed in July 2008 by 3 partners in the tyre industry. We launched our web portal in Singapore on 31 Oct 2008, to provide information and convenience to motorists. We offer a comprehensive range of tyres, with the convenience of making purchases twenty-four seven. Our network of fitting station also provides customers with the convenience and time-savings of changing their tyres, with their preferred location and time.
Where are you located and how long will I have to wait to get my tyres fitted?
Our main office is located on 12 East Coast Road. However, we do not provide fitment in our main office. After a purchase is made and confirmed, your tyres will be available at the fitting station chosen after 2 working days.
Do you have any warranty for the tyres you sell?
Manufacturer’s warranty is included in all the tyres we sell. If there is any problem with your purchased tyres, please inform us at
aftersales@tyrepac.com
.
Do you sell other automotive products other than tyres?
We will be listing others products such as motorcycle tyres, wheels, lubricants, automotive related products, and automotive services very soon. Tyrepac will be a one-stop online shop for all automotive products in the near future.
How secure is it to buy from Tyrepac?
Our online payment is secured by our payment gateway, System@works. All credit card information entered is encrypted and only accessible by the banks. Tyrepac does not retain any credit card information from our customers.
Why should I buy from Tyrepac?
Unlike a typical tyre shop, Tyrepac offers an extensive range of tyres and automotive products to choose from. You can also find out detailed information about each tyre which will ensure making a fair and informed choice of purchase. The option of choosing your preferred fitting station also provide convenience, and saves time and hassle of a tyre change.
Placing orders
I do not know the size of my vehicle’s tyres.
The tyre size is shown at the sidewall of your tyres. It is in the format of XXX/XXRXX (Eg. 195/50R15). For more information about tyre size, please view under Tyre education. You can also call our customer service hotline at 1800-TYREPAC (8973722) during office hours and our customer-care consultants will be glad to assist you.
I do not know the year of manufacture of my vehicle.
You can check your vehicle manufacture date from your vehicle’s log card.
Which brand/pattern is better for my vehicle?
It will depend greatly on your personal needs and requirements. Tyrepac provides detailed information about each tyre. The gauge on the key attributes of the tyre will give you a guide to the characteristics of the tyre.
Can I change one tyre only?
Yes you can. However, we do not recommend different brands or pattern tyres to be mixed on the same axle. Tyres should always be changed in pairs, to prevent uneven wear or imbalance of tyres. We also do not recommend directional tyres to be fitted onto the rear axle only. For more information on directional tyres, please view our Tyre Education page.
The tyre I want is not in stock, can I still place an order for it?
If the tyres you request is not in stock, you can always contact our customer service hotline at 1800-TYREPAC (8973722) and we can arrange and advise the earliest time possible for the availability of the tyres. You can also send an enquiry to

and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
What is speed and load index?
The speed and load index is the maximum speed and load which the tyre can withstand, as indicated by the manufacturer. For more info on the indicator of the speed and load index, please view our Tyre Education page.
Do you sell tyres with fitting?
Tyrepac will arrange for tyres to be delivered to one of the fitting locations working together with us. The price listed on our website does not include fitting, and fitting charges should be paid direct to the fitting location.
Can I buy tyres without fitting?
You are allowed to purchase tyres from our website and have them delivered to one of our fitting locations or to a workshop of your choice. Simply select "Ship to your preferred location" upon checking out.
Can I choose the location I want for fitment?
Yes, we have fitting stations all over Singapore and you can choose a location most convenient to you.
How long will I have to wait to get my tyres fitted?
You can choose any date and time at least after 2 working days of your purchase. If you are paying by bank remittance, a minimum of 5 workings days is required.
How does the fitment centre know I have ordered from Tyrepac?
After you have made a purchase, we will verify the order with you and will inform the fitment centre immediately. The fitment centre will then receive a confirmation letter.
What do I have to bring along to verify for fitment?
A printed copy of your confirmation letter (sent to your email after purchase) will be used for verifying with the fitment centre. You can also use your order number for verification.
How will I know if the person fitting my tyres is qualified to do so?
Tyrepac will only engage qualified tyre fitments centres for fitting of our tyres. All fitting centres will be inspected by Tyrepac in order to maintain quality service to all our customers.
What if I want to change my order after making payment?
Please our customer service hotline at 1800-TYREPAC (8973722) and we will attend to your request. Changes to your order can be made 1 working day prior to fitment.

How do I know if the tyres I purchased will arrive on the day of fitment?
Tyrepac will confirm the delivery of your purchased tyres the day before your chosen fitment date. This will ensure the tyres availability before your fitment day.

Does our price include fitting cost and GST?
The price listed on our website does not include fitting cost. The GST will only be calculated after you have added items to your shopping cart.

Can I fit my tyres on the same day of ordering?
As we only deliver the tyres after purchase, online orders will not be able to be processed within a day. However, you can call our customer service hotline at 1800-TYREPAC (8973722) and we can arrange for same day fitments, depending on availability.
Can I mix the brands and patterns to be fitted onto my vehicle?
We do not recommend different brands or pattern tyres to be mixed on the same axle. Tyres should always be changed in pairs, to prevent uneven wear or imbalance of tyres. . We also do not recommend directional tyres to be fitted onto the rear axle only. For more information on directional tyres, please view our Tyre Education page.
What happens if the tyres at the fitment centre are different from the one I purchased?
If there is any discrepancy to your order at the fitment centre, please call our customer service hotline at 1800-TYREPAC (8973722) immediately to inform us.

What are the ways I can make payment?
We accept all credit card payments by Visa or Mastercard. Bank remittance and cheque payments can be also accepted.
Is my information secured by your online payment?
Our online payment is secured by our payment gateway, System@works. All credit card information entered is encrypted and only accessible by the banks. Tyrepac does not retain any credit card information from our customers.
How secure is on-line ordering? Are online transactions safe?
We use industry standard secure encryption software called SSL (Secure Socket Layer). SSL works by encrypting all communications between your computer and the Tyrepac web server so the information (including your credit card number, name and address) cannot be intercepted by unwanted parties. To ensure the highest standard of security, Tyrepac will only allow bookings to be made when passengers use browsers that support SSL.
What should I do if my payment is rejected?
If you have tried a couple of times and am still unable to process payments, please call our customer service hotline at 1800-TYREPAC (8973722).
Would my credit card information be used/shared in future?

The system says my credit card is invalid. What should I do?
There might be several reasons why our system is saying your credit card is invalid. Please review your credit card to see if the following apply to your account:

credit card has expired, reached its limit, or is not being authorized as a valid credit card.
•
The credit card is not authorized for Internet transactions or has some other block in place.
•
The credit card has not been activated yet.
•
The address you provided in your Yahoo! Wallet does not match the address the bank or credit card company has on file for you.
•
Your bank does not participate in the address verification system.
•
You might also want to double-check to make sure you have entered the correct card type and expiration date. Make sure that you haven't added hyphens (-) in the space where you entered your credit card number.
•
If you have checked over your information and everything looks correct, contact your bank or credit card company. They might be able to help you address the problem.
Can I get a refund if I cancel my order?
We do not allow cancellation 1 working day prior to fitment.
Do you issue any receipt?
Our confirmation letter sent to your email will be used as a receipt of your payment. If you require addition receipt, please call your customer service hotline at 1800-TYREPAC (8973722) and we will be happy to assist you. How do I know when the payment is charged to my credit card? The payment for your order will be charged once the confirmation email is sent to you email account registered. If there is any discrepancy in the charges, please inform us at 1800-TYREPAC (8973722) immediately.
Are there any additional charges to be incurred at the fitting location?
The fitting charges listed by the fitting location usually includes the installation of the new tyres, balancing and changing of new valves. Any additional services such as alignment, nitrogen gas are optional, and are as per the listing on the fitting location page. Should you encounter disparity in charges indicated on the website, please feedback to Tyrepac at 1800-TYREPAC(8973722), or leave your comments in the post-purchase survey.
How do I know when the payment is charged to my credit card?
The payment for your order will be charged once the confirmation email is sent to you email account registered. If there is any discrepancy in the charges, please inform us at 1800-TYREPAC (8973722) immediately.
