Very fast installation. In and out of the place in less than 30 Minutes. installed 19 tyres with no issue at all. Some shop have problems with 19 tyres and take some time to install. They did it with out any problems at all.

There was no hustle, Arrow Tyres put my new tyres on quickly. But when I reach home which is only 3km away. I check the tyre pressure and found one at 240Kpa and the other at 290Kpa. It is a very unprofessional job done.

Took awhile for them to locate the tyres, but got in installed at once when found. Fuss-Free service!

Will never choose them again. Very disappointed with their service. Overrated in my opinion.

My experience at Arrow Tyres was very pleasent. Even though the tyres were not bought from them, a young gentleman at the store who attended to me for payment acted very professionally. I left the place in less than half and hour, having the tyres installed swiftly. Kudos to Arrow Tyres and team.

Installation is swift. However they do not align the Yellow Dot to the Tyre Air Valve.

Overall, still cheaper than outside.

Good service at Arrow. Only place in singapore to get Falken ZE914. Even Falken agent (Stamford Tyres) do not have them. Great set of tyres.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Also had my wheel alignment done. Would have given 5-star if they had captured my appointment time and not make me wait. Overall service was good and would recommend.

I am very happy with the service provided by the installer. Good and fast.

Appointment was on Tuesday, 1 July but gave them a call on Monday and was told tires already delivered so went down and had it fitted. Did alignment at the same time. Got out of the workshop within 1 hr. Professional, fast service and reasonably priced . Was explaining the whole alignment process to me. Will definitely go back again for my next fitting/ balancing/ alignment.

The service was fast although there was a 10 minutes waiting. The guys that changed my tyres are also very professional. I had my wheel alignment done there after changing the 4 tyres. Ah Liang is very friendly, professional, and very patient to explain to me the reading and adjustment. A young gentlemen (I think he is the boss) came in later at the counter and is very polite during payment. Generally, all staff at Arrow are friendly except a plump guy in grey polo is very arrogant and unethical (I was told he is the Chief Technician). He was telling me that I should have bought from Arrow instead of Tyrepac, and he can match the price and provide free after sales service. He was not friendly and started to ignore me when I didn't want to change my car battery.

Service was good, fast and efficient tyre change done. I was in and out in about 20 minutes for two tyre change. I will be using them again, great job Arrow Tyres!
