Excellent and efficient

My car was in for a service today & the mechanic advised that 2 of the 4 tyres have been fitted the wrong way around!!! I’m extremely disappointed that they were incorrectly fitted

I was unable to find my wheel nut as I had misplaced it. They offered me two solutions and were willing to accommodate me if I was able to resolve this issue. I would certainly be making this station as my first choice.

Staff had no sense of urgency, it took over 1hour to complete the fitting of two tyres. I understand the need for distancing at this time but there was no waiting room for customers . I would use another fitting company in the future.

Went in to get two front tyres Paul was very helpful and got me a great deal.

The garage were fantastic and supplied the tyre as Tyrepac could not deliver the tyre to the garage. I am very disappointed with Tyrepac this is the second time I have issues with Tyrepac.

My new tyres were fitted . I was greatly impressed with the efficiency with which the staff dealt with my order and I would commend the courtesy of the Engineer who did the work. I would not hesitate to recommend this garage .3p

Overall a very good service. I was told that it would take about 90 minutes to undertake the work and sure enough I was phoned 90 minutes later to say that it was ready. Polite and helpful staff. My only comments are that the new tyres were very much over-inflated. If there is a reason for doing this then it should have been explained, and if not then the pressures should have been set closer to normal levels. Also the wheels were left very dirty from the work, so a quick wipe down would have been good.

Not happy that my day was changed the day before I was booked in, but that was more Tyrepac fault than the actual garage, but not happy that the tyres where no where near the correct tyre pressures, How hard is it to either know or just check the plate in the door shut, I mean they are meant to be professional tyre fitters! If I was an inexperienced driver I would be driving around with tyres at the complete wrong pressures, trusting that I had paid the "Professionals" to supply and fit new tyres, Guys are pleasant enough though

I've used other Tyrepac sites before and it has never taken as long to have my tyres fitted as it did here. I had an allocated timeslot and it should have been done quicker but the guy that was fitting my tyres kept helping his colleague that was working on another car. The Silverburn site is so much better and even though it's not the closest for me I will be using that site next time.

Appointment time kept and Tyres replaced quickly with no issues.

Appointment was for 8.30. Arrived on time and was promptly dealt with. Rear tyres replaced and back on the road within an hour.

Everything was ready on time and 4 new tyres fitted in 35 minutes. Very good service, and I have used them for many years.

Normally a good garage, but after an argument today with the manager I'll literally never step foot in the place again, I'm speechless after today! Arrogant manager with a seriously bad attitude, no people skills, and blatantly rude.

They were courteous and fitted the two tyres within 45minutes of the appointment time.

Pretty good. Got a cup of coffee while the tyres were fitted. No hard sell afterwards whic is also good.

I was surpsurprised to get a better price from Tyrepac than the garage that fitted the tyres and even more surprised to get a time slot. The chaps are pretty good but you normally have to wait.

The young guy at the desk was very friendly when I dropped by. Staff telephoned me to advise when they had finished the work also. Really pleased with the service and would definitely return here and would recommend to friends.

Booked appointment for Saturday am 14/01/17. Called past Friday late afternoon 13/01/17 and found tyres had arrived. Manager offered to fit them and 40 mins later job done. Highly commendable.
